Requirements

• 8–14 years of professional experience in enterprise workforce development, corporate learning, consulting, or a related field • Direct experience owning enterprise client relationships as the primary point of contact — not in a supporting role beneath a partner or senior leader • Track record of expanding accounts through delivery quality and relationship depth, not just renewals • Experience structuring proposals, SOWs, or commercial terms for customized (not off-the-shelf) engagements • Comfort operating at the C-suite and senior VP level — you’ve sat across from CHROs, CLOs, and similar buyers and held your own • Ability to orchestrate cross-functional internal teams for delivery without direct authority • Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive with autonomy, don’t need a large support structure, and are energized by building rather than maintaining • Background in AI readiness, data literacy, digital upskilling, or workforce transformation • Experience with Fortune 500 clients or government agencies • Prior experience at a firm like Korn Ferry, BTS, GP Strategies, FranklinCovey, DDI, CCL, or a consulting firm’s human capital / learning practice • Familiarity with the land-and-expand model: taking a successful pilot and scaling it across an enterprise

Responsibilities

• Take handoff of new client relationships from the sales team after the initial deal closes • Become the client’s primary point of contact and build deep, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders (CHROs, Chief AI Officers, CLOs, VPs of L&D) • Work with clients to understand their organizational challenges and translate them into well-scoped Correlation One engagements • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of pilot programs and ongoing engagements • Structure follow-on proposals and commercials using existing C1 frameworks, adapting them to each client’s specific context • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within accounts — surfacing adjacent problems, shaping the next engagement, and growing client spend over time • Serve as the voice of the client internally, ensuring our solutions and delivery stay tightly aligned with what the client actually needs

Benefits

• You’ll own real client relationships with some of the world’s most important organizations at a moment when AI workforce readiness is the top priority for every C-suite • You’ll have meaningful autonomy — this isn’t a role where you execute someone else’s playbook • You’ll be joining a profitable, growing company that operates across 120+ countries with strong institutional clients • Compensation is competitive and includes a variable component tied to account growth, so your upside is directly connected to your impact • Where you are • This role is remote and can be located anywhere in US or Canada that is compatible with the EST time zone. • US or Canada • How we support our people • Insurance or subsidies based on country • Unlimited Time Off, with a minimum time off recommendation • Company-paid holidays • Official company-wide holiday for the last week of the calendar year • Access to free data skills training through our programs • A company culture that empowers individuals and embraces diversity through its core mission • Correlation One’s Commitment
