Requirements

1–2+ years of experience in customer success, account management or a related role
Experience working with K–12 educators or school/district stakeholders
Clear communicator: You can express yourself exceptionally well through verbal and written communication and you’re a great listener.
Empathetic: You are skilled at connecting with and listening closely to teachers and administrators in order to learn how we can best serve them.
