Requirements

• Processes & standards: You will implement scalable HR procedures including Onboarding, lead process automation initiatives and setup standards that will grow with the company, ensuring consistency and operational excellence across the board. • Processes & standards: • Business partnering: You will be the go-to HR partner for the entire team, covering onboarding/offboarding, payroll (outsourced), benefits & compensation, time-off, Legal HR (work contracts, visas), and HR systems (i.e. Deel HRIS). You'll structure and coordinate cross-functional HR projects, ensuring company-wide clarity and alignment across all stakeholders. • Business partnering: • Day-to-day HR operations: You will manage day-to-day HR matters (including HR ticketing, HR administration such as absences) and address employee and external provider queries to keep everyone engaged and supported. You will lead monthly payroll cycles in 4 countries in collaboration with external providers (including Deel), ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance. • Day-to-day HR operations: • Performance scheme: You will start building a light and operational performance strategy and review cycle. • Performance scheme: • People analytics: You will build HR reporting and analyze people-related KPIs (retention, engagement, time to hire, diversity, etc.) and evaluate the efficiency of the People team. • People analytics: • Strategic HR leadership & execution: You will support the strategic agenda of the founding team by prioritizing HR-related topics, making recommendations, preparing key decisions and tracking actions & results. • Strategic HR leadership & execution: • HR planning: You will work closely with Finance to track and maintain the workforce/hiring plan, staying ahead of workforce needs in a hypergrowth environment. • HR planning: • Experience: You have 7–10+ years of professional experience leading global, complex and demanding HR organizations, including significant time spent on hands-on HR Ops roles understanding HR processes across the employee journey (onboarding, offboarding, performance, C&B, payroll, etc.). • Hands on: You have previous experience in start-up environments and share a hands on culture (moving fast, focusing on prioritization and getting things done). • Hands on: • HR Operations & Compliance: You have strong knowledge of global HR & legal topics in hyper growth environments. You are hands-on, able to multitask and prioritize your daily workload but you are also accurate and really rigorous with everything you do. • HR Operations & Compliance: • Strategic thinking: You have the ability to connect People initiatives with overall company long-term strategic roadmap and participate to organizational decisions at leadership level. • Strategic thinking: • Business Partner of choice: You showcase exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with senior leaders and multiple functions (Ops, Finance, Legal, Researchers, etc.) with confidentiality and trust. • Business Partner of choice: • Data-driven mindset: You will support the founding team setting OKRs and tracking HR KPIs, extracting insights, and making strategic recommendations. • Data-driven mindset: • Self-starter: You find comfort and autonomy in operating in an evolving, hyper growth environment and have the ability to solve people-related issues.
