• Working with managers and team leads to understand the specifications for what needs to be built (i.e. what is required to build an automated coaching agent) • Using various tools to build these agents, ensuring you are building efficient prompts and workflows • Outlining testing frameworks for the agents you have built and then testing them with the team • Iterating after testing, launching and getting feedback to make further refinements • Communicating what you have built to the team clearly and effectively • Documenting what you have built, so it can easily be picked up by someone else
