Requirements

Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial energy services for businesses within Octopus Energy Group in London. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service delivery across various touchpoints including phone calls, emails, social media interactions, etc. • Monitor performance metrics such as response times, resolution rates, and overall client satisfaction levels; provide regular reports on these KPIs for management review. • Collaborate with the sales team to understand market needs better and develop targeted energy solutions that meet specific business requirements while ensuring cost efficiency. • Manage a diverse workforce of customer service representatives by providing training, coaching, feedback sessions, performance evaluations, etc., aiming at continuous improvement in skills and knowledge base. • Liaise with other departments such as marketing, IT, finance to ensure seamless integration across the organization for better overall business outcomes. • Participate actively in team meetings discussions on operational challenges or opportunities; contribute ideas towards improving processes and systems within Octopus Energy Group's commercial energy services division.
