Requirements

• Proven hands-on Software Development experience. • Proven working experience in Java development. • Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java platforms. • Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. • Profound insight of Java. • Experience in working/designing microservices. • Good knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate). NoSql knowledge is desirable. • Experience with test-driven development. • AWS knowledge is a plus. • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. • Written and spoken English. • Be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software systems within the company's technology stack to meet business needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements for new features and enhancements based on user feedback and market trends. • Write clean, efficient code that adheres to best practices in coding standards and architectural design principles. • Conduct thorough testing of software components using various test suites (unit tests, integration tests) to ensure quality assurance before deployment. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise within the work environment or client systems. • Stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to our industry and integrate new tools into existing projects when beneficial for performance improvements. • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback on peers' contributions while also incorporating suggestions received from others. • Document software designs, architecture decisions, and technical processes clearly within project documentation or wikis to facilitate knowledge transfer among team members. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders (developers, managers, clients) about the status of projects, potential roadblocks, and progress updates through regular meetings and reports as required.
