Requirements

• Empathetic communicator who speaks kindly and listens actively during difficult conversations. • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail; capable of managing multiple patients at different stages in the process without missing critical information. • Tech-comfortable, able to learn tools like Google Workspace, EHR platforms (e.g., Healthie), or CRMs like HubSpot and adapt quickly to new software as needed for patient care coordination. • Mission-aligned with a deep interest in improving mental healthcare accessibility for older adults; driven by the desire to make meaningful contributions at this intersection of empathy and execution, turning vulnerability into reassurance and trust.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to understand their needs and concerns regarding mental health services. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans for patients. • Provide support during patient interactions by offering empathy, active listening, and appropriate responses. • Assist in the coordination of appointments, referrals, and follow-ups as needed within organizational guidelines. • Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about best practices in mental health care delivery. • Contribute to a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and supporting colleagues' professional development.
