Requirements
• A pragmatic problem solver who chooses speed and iteration over waiting for the "perfect" policy. • An automation enthusiast who naturally seeks to simplify repetitive tasks and leverage technology. • A confident communicator capable of coaching managers through sensitive performance or conflict situations. • A high-ownership operator who thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment and enjoys being "hands-on". • A global thinker comfortable navigating the nuances of employment laws and cultures across different countries. • 4-7 years of experience in People Operations or as an HR Generalist, ideally within a high-growth tech or fintech environment. • Proven experience managing employee relations cases independently and fairly. • A track record of improving or automating HR processes to increase team capacity. • Experience supporting managers across multiple time zones or international regions. • Familiarity with maintaining HRIS data and using people analytics to inform decisions. • Strong knowledge of international employment law basics or a proven ability to quickly research and apply local compliance requirements. • Experience with AI tools, chatbot management, or modern HR productivity software is preferred.
