Requirements

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a rich, continuously refreshed pipeline of high-caliber engineering talent to meet both current and future hiring needs. • Own market mapping efforts: research the competitive landscape, identify target companies and profiles, and develop a deep understanding of where top engineering talent lives. • Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to surface and engage passive candidates, especially for highly competitive engineering roles. • Lead high-volume, high-quality candidate outreach and pitch our mission and team with authenticity and clarity. • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channel effectiveness.
