Requirements
• Knowledgeable in Web3 space, hands-on trading experience with advanced trading features such as perpetuals, staking, predictions market. • 5+ years full-time Product Designer experience • 3+ years full-time experience of designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile apps • Strong communication and presentation skills: demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring design integrity while aligning with product goals and business constraints • Proactiveness and end-to-end design ownership, influence product strategy and prioritization • Thrive in uncertainty and challenges: proactive, hands-on, self-starter and perseverant • Strong values, ethics and integrity • Strong intellectual curiosity and honesty, Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
