Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, healthcare analytics, or pharmaceutical market data solutions, with at least 3 years focused on U.S. payer/market access data products. • Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare payer ecosystem, including PBM structures, benefit design, and market access dynamics. • Hands-on experience integrating and working with diverse healthcare datasets — including formulary, claims, and reference data. Preferably worked on commercial healthcare datasets such as MMIT, DRG, IQVIA, Symphony and others • Strong technical proficiency in SQL, cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake), Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI). • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams in distributed or global settings. • Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to distill complex data concepts for diverse audiences. • Strategic thinker with a consultative mindset and strong problem-solving instincts. • Proven ability to navigate organizational change — including leadership transitions, operating model redesign, and cross-functional alignment. • Full-cycle talent management experience — hiring, performance reviews, career development, and team culture building. • Comfort operating at the intersection of product, data, and client engagement — with the judgment to balance competing priorities. • Familiarity with SaaS/data product commercialization and client contract structures.
