• You’ll own features end-to-end and see your impact in days, not months. • Work alongside people who ship fast and care about the details. • Take ownership in ambiguous situations and shape solutions collaboratively. • HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE & SUCCEED HERE • Bring senior-level experience building production frontend systems (typically 5+ years) • Build high-quality web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and GraphQL • Translate Figma designs into polished, responsive interfaces that match design intent across devices • Architect and manage complex state and data flows in React (Zustand, SWR, or similar) • Optimize for performance, rendering efficiency, SEO, and Core Web Vitals • Own features from planning through launch, monitoring, and iteration • Collaborate with backend, design, and product to deliver seamless features aligned with user needs and product goals • Balance speed and quality, knowing when to ship and when to refine • Bring strong product sense and user empathy. Always build with the why in mind, not just the what • Proactively communicate, raise concerns early, and collaborate openly with teammates to solve problems. • Mentor others, share knowledge, and help raise the technical bar. • Loot Labs is a remote-first company, and this role is open to candidates globally.
