Requirements
• Experience in artist and label relations with at least 7 years working in a digital music service, record label, distributor, or media company. • Deep understanding of Türkiye’s diverse music landscape including traditional genres like Arabesque and folk as well as emerging scenes such as Turkish Hip-Hop, Pop, and Alternative. • Experience collaborating with local teams to execute initiatives in Türkiye or working on global campaigns involving international counterparts. • Ability to build trusted long-term relationships with key stakeholders including labels, distributors, collecting societies, managers, artists and advocate for their needs while ensuring Spotify offers the strongest possible music experience in Türkiye market. • Experience representing a company at industry events, festivals, and conferences across Istanbul and Türkiye to build relationships with local stakeholders. • Skills or knowledge related to performance tracking, data analysis, presentation skills for sharing insights and recommendations within the organization are implied but not explicitly stated in this job posting.
