Requirements
• 5+ years of IT project management or technical consultancy experience in a hardware or software company • A self-starter by nature with applied knowledge of agile software development processes and a strong interest in learning about indoor location technology • Like us, you're a high-performer with an exceptional record of getting things done in a fast-paced, analytical environment • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve problems and foster relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders • Process-oriented with an eye for detail and improvements • Ability to communicate in English fluently and idiomatically • BS or MS degree in a relevant technology or management field (Computer Science is a plus) • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, MS Office, MS Project) • Project Management Professional® (PMP) / Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) certifications preferred
Responsibilities
• Own requirements gathering, project planning, implementation, and deployment support for our global clients and partners • Forecast and communicate project timelines, ensuring stakeholders are informed of potential delays, milestones, and dependencies. • Proactively partner with commercial and technical stakeholders, regularly educating them on Socure's solutions and deployment process while serving as a key partner to their success • Closely collaborate with developers and deployment managers to integrate Socure's suite of technology with client applications • Investigate and diagnose challenges alongside Socure's technical teams to ensure solution quality and sustainability • Facilitate client status meetings to manage scope and schedule of multiple, often concurrent deployments • Learn!
