Responsibilities
• Technical security orchestration with various teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle from start ("into the kiln"). • Design risk solutions by diving deep into the security stack and actively architect technical solutions for identified blockers. • Define technical milestones for high-stakes initiatives like Zero Trust and IAM overhauls, creating a precise execution roadmap based on broad visions. • Lead agile security sprints that align vulnerability remediation with feature development to ensure the pace of innovation is matched by security measures ("Drive high-velocity operations"). • Automate manual GRC workflows and move towards Compliance as Code, optimizing business rhythm through automation. • Translate complex security data into compelling risk narratives for leadership while maintaining technical depth for engineers (Optimize the "rhythm of the business" by distilling telemetry). • Command long-term strategic planning to align cloud infrastructure costs and security tooling with defensive goals ("Optimize the defensive roadmap"). • Uphold a culture of focus and accountability, identifying inefficiencies and driving impact through superior engineering tools and processes (Cultivate organizational excellence).
