Requirements

Responsibilities
• Own the reliability, performance, and scalability of Injective’s infrastructure across cloud and bare metal environments • Design, deploy, and operate production-grade Kubernetes clusters • Manage application delivery using Helm and ArgoCD (GitOps workflows) • Helm and ArgoCD (GitOps workflows) • Build and maintain infrastructure using Pulumi and Ansible • Pulumi and Ansible • Deploy, operate, and optimize blockchain nodes and supporting services (validators, indexers, RPC, etc.) • Design systems for low latency and high throughput, especially for trading and market data workloads • low latency and high throughput • Operate and scale streaming systems such as Kafka or Redpanda • streaming systems • Maintain and improve observability across the stack (metrics, logs, tracing), with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and optionally Signoz • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across Kubernetes, networking, and Linux systems • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support product and protocol development • Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements across performance, reliability, and scalability • Participate in on-call rotations for mission-critical systems
