Responsibilities
• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. • Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the company's current marketing efforts. • Collaborate with other departments within the organization (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure alignment of growth initiatives across all touchpoints. • Oversee a team or manage multiple teams responsible for executing specific aspects of growth campaigns and projects. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing activities such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, retention rates, etc., and report on progress regularly. • Develop creative content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand messaging across various channels including social media platforms, email campaigns, paid advertising, events, partnerships, influencer collaborations, etc. • Identify new growth opportunities in emerging markets or customer segments through market research and competitive analysis to expand company reach and revenue streams. • Manage relationships with key stakeholders such as senior executives, board members, investors, partners, customers, vendors, media outlets, etc., on behalf of the growth team(s). • Provide leadership and mentorship for junior marketing professionals within the organization to develop their skills and career progression. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, emerging technologies, and tools relevant to digital marketing strategies in order to continuously improve company growth efforts.
