Requirements
• Extensive experience at leading and managing client-facing teams to deliver to targets • Experience running structured operating rhythms and performance cadences. • Experience in using CRM technology to track performance and identify opportunities • Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management and development. • A polished, confident and professional communication and presentational style • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Data analysis skills with a passion for making decisions based on real life data • Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business and at senior management level
