Requirements
• An experienced start-up CEO with significant professional experience within the EU or UK • Proficient in developing strategies, raising capital, building teams, and driving new ventures from ideation through growth • Skilled at evaluating business documentation, company structures, and operational decisions • Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback • Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
Responsibilities
• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to business strategy, fundraising, team building, go-to-market planning, and operational execution • Evaluate AI responses for business realism, strategic insight, and compliance with real-world start-up challenges and practices • Draft realistic start-up leadership scenarios based on your direct professional experience • Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. CEO, co-founder, investor, or key team member) • Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated business content • In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects real start-up dynamics, authentic leadership thinking, and practical procedures. Rather than building a start-up in the traditional sense, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about start-up leadership and entrepreneurship at scale.
