Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience sourcing mid to senior level Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers and other technical talent. Familiarity with the AdTech or Connected TV (CTV) space is ideal. • Solid technical acumen, especially around tech stacks similar to ours (C++, Go, JavaScript, Python, AWS). • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other open source methods of discovering talent Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates in competitive markets including a minimum 35% message response rate • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines with an emphasis on quality over quantity • Experience working with applicant tracking systems including leveraging automation tools, reporting and a strong sense of data hygiene (Ashby strongly preferred) • Ability to work independently in an environment where priorities can change quickly

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage high-quality software engineering and IT candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced open source tools • Conduct deep market research and talent mapping across target companies • Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active candidates for multiple technical roles • Partner closely with the assigned recruiter to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles • Maintain accurate tracking of candidates and sourcing activity within our ATS system (Ashby) • Conduct light candidate screening (initial qualification calls) as needed • Provide scheduling support for interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience • Continuously refine sourcing strategies and bring new ideas to improve pipeline quality
