Requirements
• Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within consulting or capability‑structured organisations. • Proven ability to shape marketing strategies and deliver multichannel programmes. • Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder engagement skills. • Highly self‑sufficient, proactive, and able to work across multiple streams. • Degree-level education or equivalent and ideally CIM Diploma‑qualified or equivalent. • What a career at Baringa will give you • Putting People First. • Baringa is a People First company and wellbeing is at the forefront of our culture. Responsibilities
• Drive the development, communication, and execution of capability-led marketing plans that strengthen Baringa’s market position, support cross-sector priorities, and generate commercial opportunities. • This role is about embedding success and results which support growth and can be followed up in the CAP BUs - managing business expectations; connecting, commercialising and driving results and engagement to support cross-sell and organic promotion. • Leading the planning and execution of capability marketing plans that align with firmwide strategy and support key sector priorities. • Partnering closely with capability leaders, Sector Marketing BPs, and the wider brand and cross-sector team to ensure connection in messaging, targeting, and execution. • Supporting firmwide campaigns such as Digital & AI, ensuring capability content, messaging, and assets are integrated effectively. • Building deep understanding of Baringa’s specialisms and translating them into compelling, differentiated narratives. • Delivering multichannel campaigns and events that showcase Baringa and scale across sectors. • Contributing to content planning, thought leadership development, and client‑centric storytelling. • Budget management and monitoring campaign performance to demonstrate commercial impact. • Working across the C&M function to ensure alignment, consistency, and efficient ways of working. • Focus on harnessing CAP BU enthusiasm for marketing.
