Requirements
• You’ll be a true partner to me and the leadership team, someone who can translate vision into execution, make smart decisions quickly, and build an organization that can run with excellence, with or without the founder in every room. This is a hands-on role for someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, but who also knows when to step back, see the full picture, and build for scale. • If you’re excited by the idea of stepping into a founder-led business at an inflection point and helping shape what the next decade looks like, we’d love to meet you. • 8–12+ years of leadership experience in operations, within the e-commerce, DTC and fashion industries • Proven track record of scaling operations in a high-growth environment • Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory planning, and fulfillment strategies • Data-driven decision maker with strong financial and analytical skills • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves • Excellent communication and leadership skills • The recruitment process • Video screen with Erica, Talent Advisor from Bloom • Video Interview with Natalie Dusome, Founder + CEO of Poppy & Peonies • Second Video Interview with Steph, VP Operations & Natalie, VP Finance • Reference checks • Applications will be accepted through the end of June. Candidates can expect to hear from us regarding next steps by June 15th. • We’re seeking an exceptional candidate based in the US or Canada who values the flexibility of remote work while embracing the excitement of in-person experiences. • There will be occasional domestic and/or international travel for photoshoots, events, and team retreats.
Benefits
• Annual Salary ranges from $250,000- $350,000 • Performance bonus • 4 weeks of paid vacation per year • $250 annual period & menstrual budget • $1,000 annual allowance towards Poppy & Peonies product • $400 home office setup allowance • At Bloom, we see conversations around compensation as a continuous discussion.
