Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IAM engineering or analysis within enterprise ICT environments • Hands-on experience with IAM/IGA tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, and Microsoft Entra ID. • Deep understanding of identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM. • Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions. Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions across ICT systems and cloud-native identity platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, and Microsoft Entra ID. • Conduct regular access reviews, user attestation cycles, and Segregation of Duties (SOD) analysis.Ensure access controls align with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. • Implement and manage PAM controls using tools like CyberArk and BeyondTrust to secure administrative accounts and secrets. • Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) and federation for internal and third-party applications using SAML, OIDC, and OAuth2. • Manage SCIM provisioning and deprovisioning workflows. • Define and enforce Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and passwordless authentication strategies.
