Requirements

Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Ownership • Build the full marketing strategy from scratch • Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions • Translate business goals into clear, measurable marketing plans • Take full ownership of outcomes, not just ideas • User Acquisition & Funnels • Design and optimize full acquisition funnels: • awareness → engagement → conversion → deposit → trading activity • Work hands-on with paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta, search-driven traffic) • Understand trader behavior, activation triggers, and conversion logic • Improve CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, and FTD quality • Performance, Analytics & KPIs • Set up analytics, attribution, and dashboards • Track and improve CAC, CPL, LTV, ROAS, FTDs, trading volume • Make data-driven decisions and clearly explain results • Content, SMM & SEO (via contractors) • Define content and SMM strategy across key platforms • Oversee educational and trading-related content • Build and execute SEO strategy (keywords, content, authority) • Select, onboard, and manage external contractors • Brand & Trust Building • Build credibility in regulated, high-risk markets • Work closely with compliance on messaging and risk disclosures • Ensure consistency across website, campaigns, and content • enjoy building marketing systems from zero • are comfortable combining strategy with hands-on execution • take ownership of results and decisions • are motivated by growth and long-term leadership responsibility • Execution comes first.
