Responsibilities
• — Creating and executing the user acquisition strategy on Meta • — Managing marketing campaigns to hit target financial KPIs, evaluating performance both on top-level metrics (CPM, CTR, CR, CPA) and deeper metrics (funnel conversion, LTV, ROI) • — Driving process automation strategy together with analytics and MarTech teams • — Closely collaborating with creative and product marketing teams to drive growth of your stream • — 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, driving user acquisition on paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google Media) • — Experience managing budgets of $300,000+ per month • — Hands-on experience with automating user acquisition processes • — Strong structure and organization: you love documenting and testing everything, validating every possible hypothesis, and won’t stop until you find the most effective solution • — Strong analytical mindset: you enjoy working with data, spotting patterns, and drawing conclusions • — Comfort working in uncertainty, fast learning, and adaptability • — English level: B2+
