Requirements
• You already build with agents as your default way of working, not as an add-on to hand-coding • You've shipped production software in a fast-moving, high-growth environment • You move fast and make strong decisions with incomplete information • You take real ownership and think like an operator, not a coordinator • You're energised by hard problems in payments, beauty and wellness, and client experience • You trust evidence over output: if it isn't tested, measured and observable, it isn't done • Proven experience shipping production-grade software, with a track record of doing it through AI coding agents • Fluency in English is a must • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation and agentic workflows in production • Strong grasp of system design: REST APIs, microservices, asynchronous processing and distributed systems • Solid knowledge of databases, data modelling and database design • Experience with payment providers, booking or POS systems, or complex third-party integrations • A clear understanding of AI-system risks: hallucinations, prompt injection, data leakage, non-deterministic behaviour and unsafe tool execution, and how to contain them • Experience with automated testing, evals, observability, debugging and performance optimisation • Experience in payments, fintech, beauty and wellness tech, booking platforms or a high-growth marketplace • Experience with payment gateways, transaction processing, settlement, reconciliation, or chargeback systems • Experience building agents that operate on APIs, databases, internal tools or operational workflows • Familiarity with model evaluation, prompt and context management, AI observability, guardrails or LLM cost optimisation • Experience running multiple coding agents in parallel, or building the tooling and CI that keeps them safe • Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, semantic search or retrieval systems • Experience with cloud platforms, containerised services, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code • Familiarity with PCI DSS, GDPR and secure development practices
