• You have experience managing managers and scaling engineering organizations through multiple levels of leadership • You bring strong technical depth and are comfortable engaging in architecture, system design, and complex debugging • You have worked with machine learning or probabilistic systems and understand their real-world operational challenges • You make thoughtful, high-quality decisions and bring clarity in complex or ambiguous situations • You build alignment across teams and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization • You communicate effectively and adapt your approach to different audiences and contexts • You partner closely with product and data leaders to shape strategy, not just execution • You create accountability across teams and address misalignment constructively • You are committed to building inclusive teams where diverse perspectives are valued • Where You'll Be • This role is based in New York • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. • The United States base range for this position is $203,410–$290,586 USD, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave.
