Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative customer experience features • Break down complex, behind-the-scenes projects into discrete phases that deliver value to users and the business incrementally. • Consolidate feedback from marketing, operations, medical, and technical stakeholders to develop strategies to accelerate adoption of treatments • Guide and support a team of engineers to help them achieve the right balance between enabling growth and ensuring a stable and accurate experience for our users. • Help influence short to long-term roadmaps, and drive long-term scalability, balancing with day-to-day improvements • Maximize efficiency in a fast-growing company with a constantly evolving environment
