Requirements
• To ensure this, we're looking for people who have: • Enrolled on a Finance related degree and are on-track to achieve a 2.1 • A genuine passion for numbers and how they tell a story about a business • Exceptional attention to detail — you notice the thing that doesn't add up • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand why, not just what • The drive to improve how things work, with the organisational skills to follow through • Confidence with spreadsheets and a willingness to get fluent in new tools quickly • A love of writing — we have a significant amount of written documentation that you will be contributing to, and we place a high degree of importance on clarity and readability (you can find out more here about how we write: ( https://griffin.com/how-we-writehttps://griffin.com/how-we-write) https://griffin.com/how-we-write)~~ • Any prior work experience in financial services — even brief exposure helps • Experience using AI tools to manage, clean, or analyse data • Familiarity with tax concepts or compliance requirements
