Raisin - RegTech Engineering Lead (f/m/d)

• Experience: 7+ years of engineering experience with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role, ideally within a regulated FinTech, Banking, or high-security environment. • Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in designing scalable, secure architectures and microservices. Strong hands-on proficiency in Python, with additional experience in Go or Java considered a plus. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, and building or maintaining CI and CD pipelines. • Technical Mastery: • Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of financial and security regulations such as DORA, FCA, SOC2, and ISO 27001, with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable engineering solutions. • Regulatory Knowledge: • Automation & AI Focus: Demonstrated experience leveraging AI, machine learning, or advanced automation to solve complex operational and compliance challenges.
