Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive desk research and market mapping to identify top talent in software, electrical engineering, automotive, and related fields. • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to generate candidate leads and maintain a robust talent pipeline. • Collaborate with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. • Conduct initial screenings and assessments of potential candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Utilize SHREK methodology to provide in-depth candidate assessments and recommendations to stakeholders. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals to expand the talent network. • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in executive recruiting.
