Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution within a technology or SaaS company • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email marketing, paid media, webinars, and digital programs • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Experience working with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong • Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Experience marketing to associations, membership organizations, or nonprofit organizations • Experience supporting product launches or lifecycle marketing programs • Familiarity with AI tools used in marketing workflows • EEO Disclosure

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution • Campaign Execution • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that support product launches, demand generation, and customer growth initiatives. This includes coordinating campaign assets, implementing marketing programs across channels, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on schedule. • Run and optimize campaigns across channels such as email, paid media, webinars, landing pages, digital programs, and events • Coordinate campaign assets, messaging, and timelines with Product Marketing and Customer Growth teams • Maintain campaign calendars and ensure programs launch smoothly • Pipeline Growth & Optimization • Continuously evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve pipeline generation and engagement. • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and share insights with internal stakeholders • Recommend improvements to campaign tactics and targeting • Run experiments and tests to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner closely with Product and Customer Marketing as well as other marketing team members to ensure campaigns support go-to-market priorities. • Align campaigns with product launches and customer growth initiatives • Ensure campaigns support the broader marketing and revenue strategy • AI-Enabled Marketing • Leverage AI tools to increase marketing productivity, improve campaign execution, and accelerate learning. • Use AI tools to assist with campaign development, content iteration, and segmentation • Experiment with AI-driven approaches to improve marketing performance and efficiency • Contribute insights and learnings that help the marketing team scale AI-enabled marketing practices
