DevOps Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer or similar role • Proven Software development experience, preferably gained at a venture-backed startup or a top technology firm. • Expertise in managing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation with tools such as Gitlab. • Proficiency in AWS cloud platform. • Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar. • Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. • Experience in managing databases, such as Mysql, Postgres and MongoDB. • Familiarity with security best practices and tools for infrastructure and application security. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. • A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and adopting new technologies. • Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence. • What Sets Us Apart • At WalkMe, we are dedicated to building a workforce that reflects the diversity of our global community and clients we serve through inclusive programs and initiatives including equal pay, employee resource groups, holistic benefits and more. The base salary for this position is between $100,000-$150,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
