Figma - Remote Management Jobs

• 7+ years of product management experience, including leadership of complex, user-facing products • Deep understanding of web creation — you’ve worked on tools that help people design, build, or publish to the web • Strong product sense and technical fluency; you’re comfortable navigating discussions across design systems, code architecture, and AI workflows • Proven ability to set ambitious strategies, influence other teams, and execute against company-level goals • A knack for execution — you’re organized, pragmatic, and can keep cross-functional teams focused on impact • A builder’s mindset and empathy for creators of all levels, from professional designers to first-time site builders • While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have: • Experience working on site builders, creative tools, or no-code/low-code products • Familiarity with canvas-based editors or dynamic layout systems • Exposure to AI-assisted creation tools, prompting workflows, or generative design systems • At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
