Requirements
• Passionate about creating an inclusive and positive work culture • 5 + yrs of proven experience in ideating, strategizing, and implementing culture initiatives within a private-held organization. • Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, executing, and evaluating programs. • Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization. • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans. • Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure program effectiveness. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively. • Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
