Requirements

• ~4–6 years of experience in technical support / solutions support / customer engineering • technical support / solutions support / customer engineering • Experience working with APIs (REST basics, API keys, request/response debugging) • Comfortable using: • dashboards / admin tools • logs or transaction records • CSV files for analysis • Strong communication skills (written + spoken English) • Confident in customer-facing situations, including calls • customer-facing situations • A structured, problem-solving mindset • Experience supporting a SaaS, fintech, or API-first product • SaaS, fintech, or API-first product • Familiarity with tools like Postman or similar • Experience handling technical issues for external customers • 🌍 Location & Working Style • Remote role, covering APAC time zones • APAC time zones • Strong preference for candidates based in the Philippines • Philippines • Must be comfortable collaborating with global teams • ✈️ Travel Requirement • Must be able to travel to the United States within 3–6 months for an in-person meeting (prior to full-time conversion) • United States within 3–6 months • 💼 Contract to Hire • Start as a contractor (3–6 months) • Opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance • Competitive compensation based on location and experience • 🧪 Interview Process • Initial screening (culture + communication fit) • Practical interview with real-world support scenarios • real-world support scenarios • Final decision by the Dinari team

Responsibilities

• Support customers via chat, email, and video calls • Troubleshoot API-related issues (authentication, requests, errors) • Investigate problems using logs, dashboards, and admin tools • Work with data (CSV exports, transaction records) to diagnose issues • Translate technical findings into clear, simple explanations • Collaborate with engineering and product teams when needed
