Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Math, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • 2 to 4+ years of experience in analytics, business planning, or business strategy. • Strong Expertise in SQL, spreadsheets and data visualization tools is a must. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with extensive experience in data analysis and modeling. • Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and priorities, as well as communicate complex ideas effectively. • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate through rapidly changing environments. • Familiarity with market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling is a plus. • Understanding of the payments ecosystem is a bonus. • Demon0strated use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to develop new or improve work
Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Strategy & Planning team to provide strategic insights for Payments Products / Services. • Serve as a key analytical partner to business stakeholders and manage data needs across teams. • Collaborate with local leads on understanding business priorities and developing commercial/marketing strategies based on insights. • Define performance metrics, build reporting tools for tracking visualization of financial services unit's performance. • Develop key processes related to sales productivity, campaign management, competitive intelligence among others. • Support the development of business plans and forecasts specifically tailored for Financial Services business units. • Strengthen data reporting standards within Financial Services by working with internal teams on in-house tools. • Drive efficiency and scalability across workflows through automation and AI solutions, including demonstrated use of AI like ChatGPT or Cursor to develop new work processes or improve existing ones.
