2+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering or technical support roles in privileged access management (PAM), identity security, or similar enterprise applications.
3+ years of experience working with global software vendors.
Expertise in presenting technical solutions and differentiating products against competitors.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Mac, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, SQL, VMware, and Hyper-V.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting at trade shows or conferences.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CCSP, CEH, or equivalent.
Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and environments.
Experience with BeyondTrust solutions or similar technologies.

Responsibilities
Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer needs.
Deliver product demonstrations as part of pre-sales activities.
Guide proof-of-concept evaluations with customers and stakeholders.
Provide clear explanations of product capabilities during presentations.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align technical objectives with sales goals.
Act as a bridge between customer requirements and the company's technical offerings, ens012ndly fostering communication.
Assist in responses to Requests for Proposals/Information (RFP/RFI).
Represent BeyondTrust at industry events, trade shows, and seminars.
Provide technical support and guidance to channel partners.
