Responsibilities
• Systems upkeep: Maintain data hygiene across tools such as Notion, Airtable, and Google Workspace. Support permissions reviews and basic system audits. Test workflows and flag issues before rollout. • Systems upkeep: • Tool support: Assist with researching and implementing new tools. Help configure and QA simple workflows and integrations. • Tool support: • Documentation: Maintain SOPs, guides, and internal documentation. Ensure documentation is clear, current, and usable. • Documentation: • Light bookkeeping: Track expenses, process invoices, and support reconciliations. • Light bookkeeping • Compliance support: Help gather and organize information for filings and vendor coordination. • Compliance support: • Web and content upkeep: Update website pages, upload blog posts, and QA links and forms. • Web and content upkeep: • Day-to-day support: Handle ad hoc admin and QA tasks. Benefits
• We set compensation case-by-case based on role scope, experience, availability, and location. • €25–35 per hour, full-time equivalent €40–80k per year.
