Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in an analytical role with demonstrated ownership of business-critical metrics or initiatives • Demonstrated ability to distill complex problems into clear, actionable, data-driven insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders. • Strong technical and analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Hex, or similar). Familiarity with modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and analytics workflows (e.g., dbt, ELT) is a plus. • High intellectual curiosity and a self-starting mindset; comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analytics partner for Global Logistics, defining success metrics and translating business needs into clear analytical outputs. Proactively identify opportunities beyond the immediate ask and drive data-informed decision-making. • Own and monitor KPIs across transportation, warehousing, and fulfillment (e.g., on-time delivery, freight cost, carrier performance, SLA adherence). Triage issues, prioritize follow-ups, and deliver clear reporting that drives accountability and impact. • Analyze logistics data to identify cost drivers and service trade-offs. Use structured problem-solving and basic statistical methods to recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and performance. • Investigate shipping delays, customs issues, and inventory discrepancies to identify root causes. Deliver actionable recommendations and influence stakeholders to implement improvements. • Build, maintain, and ensure accurate, reliable data and trusted metric definitions with scalable dashboards that enable stakeholders to confidently self-serve insights. • Manage multiple priorities with limited oversight, proactively communicating risks and timelines. Represent Analytics on cross-functional logistics initiatives and measure both qualitative and quantitative impact.
