Requirements
• Overall 8-12 years of experience in which minimum of 1 year in testing AI products • Good experience in Prompt Engineering, testing AI applications like conversations AI, voice AI, workflow AI • Architect and scale test automation frameworks for APIs, micro-services, ML pipelines, and agentic AI workflows • Experience in testing RAG based applications using frameworks like TruLens, RAGAs • Leverage AI to improve coverage and efficiency across testing lifecycle • Hands-on experience testing agentic AI frameworks (e.g., Agentic Studio, LangChain, AutoGen, crewAI) • Strong programming skills in Python and Java or TypeScript/JavaScript • Proven expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress etc.) • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
Responsibilities
• Oversee the development of AI and machine learning projects within the engineering team to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs. • Lead a cross-functional Dev/QA team in developing robust software solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing systems, ensuring high quality standards are met throughout all stages of product delivery. • Collaborate closely with other senior leaders within the organization to align engineering efforts with strategic objectives and foster innovation across teams. • Mentor junior engineers in best practices for software development while promoting a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and excellence. • Facilitate communication between different departments (e.g., product management, marketing) to ensure that engineering efforts are well integrated into the broader business strategy and customer needs are effectively communicated back to engineers for implementation in their projects. • Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets while proactively identifying potential risks or bottlenecks early on so they can be addressed promptly, ensuring smooth delivery of products/services without compromising quality standards. • Participate actively in the hiring process by reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, assessing responses to interview questions and providing feedback based on experience when appropriate; however final decisions are made solely by humans after thorough consideration using both traditional methods (e.g., interviews) as well as modern tools like AI-powered screening processes where applicable but not exclusively relying upon them for hiring decisions without human judgment being involved at any stage of the process • Represent company interests in industry events, conferences or meetings with potential partners/clients while maintaining professionalism and upholding organizational values.
