Requirements

Responsibilities
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing StarCompliance clients. • Act as the chief advocate for these clients within StarCompliance. • Manage client operating environments to grow business by selling new products and services or increasing product usage. • Report directly to Head of Relationship Management. • Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats, providing accurate, concise, and clear information. • Drive revenue with strong communication skills and attention to detail. • Maintain a detailed history of activities and satisfaction levels using CRM and support ticketing systems for each client relationship. • Establish strategic business relationships with end users and top-level executives within companies. • Identify innovative solutions addressing clients' strategic challenges to grow the StarCompliance accounts while ensuring long-term profitability.
