Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience; 3+ years managing engineers. • Proven track record of delivering production software at scale in a fast-paced environment • Strong technical grounding in web application architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure • Proven experience building and scaling high-throughput production APIs or services. • Ability to stay close to code, review architecture, challenge tradeoffs, and unblock engineers without needing to be the primary coder. • Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and delivery velocity across multiple initiatives • Prior experience hiring and developing high-performing engineers • Excellent communication and collaboration skills working cross-functionally with Product & Design • 3+ years in a hyper growth company • Demonstrated experience leading and using AI-Native software delivery workflows and tools • Experience scaling systems during periods of business or user growth. • Experience building 0→1 product teams or launching new product lines that are B2B integrations in health tech • Experience working in healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries • Strong operational discipline — metrics, retros, postmortems • We're serious about your well-being!
