Responsibilities
• Own project outcomes end‑to‑end, with a clear grasp of what’s being built and why, not just timelines • Create and maintain pragmatic delivery plans, actively managing dependencies, trade‑offs and risks • Keep scope focused on high‑value outcomes as priorities evolve • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to navigate ambiguity and unblock progress • Proactively manage risks, issues and blockers, stepping in directly where needed • Coordinate business and operational change so impacted teams understand and adopt what’s delivered • Track costs and procurement where required, without letting process outweigh progress • Lead practical retros focused on real improvements, not ceremony • Get hands‑on with analysis when needed to clarify problems, validate assumptions and shape solutions
