Figma - IT Operations Specialist (Singapore)

• 2+ years experience in IT Support roles demonstrating strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, ability to effortlessly pivot, and ability to prioritize high demands • Experience troubleshooting macOS Hardware and Software. Familiarity managing SaaS applications such as Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, FreshService, Zoom and Zoom Rooms • Motivation to take on high-level tasks and tinker with complex issues • An ability to evaluate, design and implement new processes as well as improve existing processes • A customer service oriented mindset that loves working with others and willing to go the extra mile to help Figmates • While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have: • Experience providing AV support for company meetings and all hands • Experience providing support for users based in multiple countries and timezones • At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go.
