Requirements
• 3+ years in product operations, product management, or a customer-facing analytical role supporting B2B SaaS; experience with accounting, ERP integrations, or fintech workflows preferred • Proficiency using data to size opportunities and analyze adoption and support trends • Ability to translate qualitative feedback into crisp requirements and operational processes • Comfort working in ambiguous, technically complex spaces and driving clarity across multiple stakeholders • Strong problem solving, prioritization, and communication skills; bias to ship improvements quickly and measure impact • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate your work and directly make product improvements • Hands-on experience with ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Xero) or accounting close management tools • Experience with accounting concepts — general ledger, journal entries, reconciliation, month-end close • Spend Management owns our core spend product, including card issuance, reimbursements, and travel & entertainment to control spend • Spend Management • Intelligence owns the reporting, savings, and price intelligence products to help companies make better financial decisions • Intelligence • Bill Payments owns our invoice management, accounts payable, and B2B payment capabilities • Bill Payments • Risk owns our underwriting and financial products that determine which businesses to approve and how to manage risk • Growth owns onboarding, activation and retention products to help our customers be successful on the Ramp platform • Growth • Accounting owns creating intelligence in our accounting platform, saving finance teams time and money • Accounting • Mobile owns our mobile app development and mobile strategy • Mobile • Travel owns new capabilities for bookings and expense automation throughout a trip • Travel • For candidates located in NYC or SF, the pay range for this role is $128,000 - $180,000. Responsibilities
• Own the voice-of-customer loop for your surfaces — systematically capture, analyze, and prioritize feedback from CX, Sales, and direct customer channels • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements and specs • Own launch operations for new features as they move from Alpha to GA • Directly ship product improvements (UX fixes and paper cuts) using AI tools — owning your own backlog of customer friction reduction, not just feeding the engineering backlog • Use AI to automate processes and build products to enable teams to ship faster while maintaining a high quality bar
