Responsibilities

• Continually implement features and functionality to enhance the user experience • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to architect and design an innovative Interface that meets the needs of our users • Write and maintain unit and integration tests to support UI reliability • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI development, and apply this knowledge to improve our products. • Communicate and execute in an asynchronous, all remote environment • The listed responsibilities are not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the evolving needs of the organization. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is able to adapt and take on new responsibilities as they arise. • Preferred Experience and Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience working on full-stack product teams (partnering effectively across front end, back end, and design) • Production experience with JavaScript/TypeScript + Svelte to build UI components using Tailwind CSS; experience with Flowbite is a plus • Experience debugging across the stack, with strong familiarity with Golang backend services and APIs. • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, tools, and systems such as Figma and Carbon Design System • Experience working in CI/CD environments and shipping code through automated pipelines • Exposure to Kubernetes-based deployments (deploying, troubleshooting, or operating apps in K8s) is a plus • Familiarity with DoD security and accreditation processes (e.g., ATO, IL2–IL5) is a plus • Proven ability to analyze complex problems, propose innovative solutions, and implement them effectively • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
