Requirements
• 5+ years relevant experience in program management • B.S. in an engineering discipline, M.S. or Ph.D. preferred • Track record of successfully delivering complete systems (hardware, firmware, software, algorithms) on time, to scope, with high quality. • Experience in development and/or program management of satellite based systems. Ability to instantiate and manage integrated master schedules. • Expertise in modern, cloud-based productivity tools • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with ability to work successfully across all engineering disciplines. • Experience in vendor and contract management • System engineering and experience with inter-discipline technical trade study • Experience working with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Julia) and database queries (e..g SQL, BigQuery) for data integration, analysis, and dashboarding. • Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment • Experience managing and growing teams • This position requires access to export controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must either be (A) a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, (B) eligible to access the export controlled information without a required export authorization, or (C) eligible and reasonably likely to obtain the required export authorization from the applicable U.S. government agency. The Company may, for legitimate business reasons, decline to pursue any export licensing process.
Responsibilities
• Lead a multidisciplinary aerospace development effort, driving day-to-day execution of the program • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to plan and coordinate the resources necessary to execute the program • Synchronize a diverse technical team by establishing tools, practices, and process • Participate in technical discussions, ask probing questions, and work with the team to pull together scoping, schedules, and solutions to issues • Track and report program metrics on schedule, resource, cost, risk, and technical performance • Serve as the face of the company to customers, subcontractors and suppliers

• The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $200,000 plus a competitive equity grant and comprehensive benefits package.
