Requirements

• Passion for building in an AI-augmented environment • Familiarity with AI tools and agent workflows; experience building or deploying AI-driven products is a plus • 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack engineering • Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and modern front-end frameworks like React • Experience designing and operating scalable microservice architectures in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred) • Strong understanding of GraphQL, event-driven systems (Kafka/SQS), and distributed databases • Proven track record leading high-impact initiatives from concept through production • Expert-level grasp of software design principles such as SOLID, DI, and domain-driven design • Experience building SaaS platforms, ideally with multi-tenant architecture • Strong communicator and collaborator across product, design, AI, and engineering teams • Ability to connect technical decisions to customer impact and long-term business value • Frontend: React, Tailwind, Apollo, SingleSPA • Backend: Node.js, TypeScript (microservices), Python ETLs • AI: LangChain, LangFuse, OpenRouter, Mastra • Data: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch • Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Lambda • Messaging: Kafka, SQS • The real estate industry is in the midst of a seismic shift, and the future belongs to those who break new ground. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions for the company's luxury products line. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. • Write clean, efficient code that adheres to best practices in programming standards specific to our industry (e.g., Ruby on Rails). • Participate actively in sprint planning meetings as a representative of the engineering team within Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban. • Conduct regular testing and debugging sessions, ensuring software reliability before release. • Provide technical support to other departments when necessary by troubleshooting issues related to our products' functionality. • Stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to the luxury goods sector that could benefit product development or enhance user experience. • Document code and processes clearly for team members, ensuring knowledge transfer within engineering teams. • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on tools, systems, and workflows based on personal experiences and observations during work activities.
