7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, including direct partnership with senior leaders.
Experience working in a high-growth or scaling environment, ideally where people processes and infrastructure were evolving
Ideally have experience in Consulting, Finance or Private Equity
You are hungry, bright, and positive; you demonstrate great judgment and are proactive
Familiarity with UK employment practices; experience supporting other European markets is a plus

Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders and people managers in London to translate business strategy into a clear people agenda that supports growth, performance, and culture.
Work closely with our Talent Acquisition partners to align on workforce plans and hiring priorities for London and broader Europe
Advise, coach, and influence management on all things people-related, including: performance management, learning and development, coaching, career pathing, employee relations, succession planning, compensation, organizational development and scaling, training, culture, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement
Build and foster trusting partnerships with dedicated internal clients, acting as a single point of contact, coach, partner, and confidant to senior leaders, people managers, employees across the entire employee lifecycle
